Refund policy

At ADEN Luxury Perfumes, we ensure that every product is carefully packed and delivered in perfect condition.

Due to the nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos or videos of the issue. Once verified, we will either provide a replacement or process a refund if the product is not available.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Damages caused due to misuse or improper handling will not be covered under this policy. Return shipping may be applicable depending on the case.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
